CNL sent her second prayer cum profiling team to another Unreached People Group (UPG) in Asia. The group in particular was the AD-people* in South Asia.
The team of 5 has this to say:
None of us had any idea what South Asia had in store for us, not to mention a backward place like the City which is truly “standing still” in time! Everything was so old, dirty and poor, in a nutshell- DEPRESSING!
It was quite stressful yet exciting at the same time. We were constantly wondering what God will do and where He will lead. We only knew we had to find the AD-people, but had no idea where they lived in the City, or how they looked like. The moment we arrived in the City, we felt like part of the reality game show – Amazing Race, we followed clue after clue until we found the contacts we needed to reach the AD-people. How those clues were given to us along the way was truly Divine! Yes, God is that real!
This trip was an affirmation of our decision to find the AD-people. We saw that even before we were aware of the AD-people, God had already caused them to actively seek freedom from the oppression of their belief. So determined were they that they have openly requested Christians to come and teach them. We found ourselves in a kairos moment, where doors to 30 million people are flung wide open.
Pray with us that God will give us His plan of salvation for these people and that He’ll send labourers quickly.
