SOUTH ASIA
Year 2003 saw our Himalayan Home grow to 7 boys and our church planting works increase to 7 churches! All by the grace of God and for the glory of His Name! Last year we were also able to share the joy of these works with CNL folks when a team of four led by Janice Ha came in October followed by Ps Stanley Ow in the first eleven days of 2004. Their visits were a real treat and joining hands in our ministries brought much support and encouragement to the work here.
The new boys are adapting well and our little band of "magnificent seven" is living quite harmoniously with one another. Under the firm but loving guidance of C and Sarah, our local co-worker, the boys are behaving well and progressing in their studies. The boys are a joy in our lives!
As more new works start and with the present ones growing, we have decided that this year would be a year of training and equipping for our pastors and leaders. At the same time at least two other A/G groups of churches have also sought our help to strengthen their leaders. I believe the Lord wants us to focus our ministry on His shepherds this year. So 2004 will be a year of sharpening our spiritual swords and raising the local leadership to the next level!

PRAYER REQUESTS
- Security Situation - The nation is in dire need of a breakthrough in the current political impasse. The only hope left for this nation is in the Lord. PRAY!
- CNL Works - Ask for the Lord's hand of protection on His works and people. May each church be a beacon of light and hope for the surrounding villages at such dark times. Remember our target of starting at least 3 new works this year.
- Himalayan Home - Pray for C and Sarah for wisdom and strength as the home expands. Pray for the boys to grow in the likeness of Christ, as they learn and know more about Him each day.
- Harvest Centre - Our 4th training course in February and March. Pray a prayer EACH DAY for both the teachers and students in these two months.
- February 2004 - Brother Steven Teo's visit. Bro Steven would be speaking in a 2-day A/G central region conference, visiting CNL works and ministering to the trainees in the Harvest Centre. Pray for a deep work of the Holy Spirit on His people!
- April 2004 - CNL-S’pore missions team for Easter program. Pray and be prepared to obey the call and say, 'Here I am, send me.'
