Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. Much has happened and there are many things I want to praise God for.
Praise God for providing me with a stable platform to stay and serve in this nation. I now have a work visa which allows me to be stationed in this city without the need to leave and re-enter every now and then. This job also enables me to reach a larger area of the community. The nature of my work requires me to deal with people from different levels of society ranging from students to managers of companies. Thank God for the many new doors that are now open to me to start friendships and form spiritual relationships.
Thank God for friends who came to see this city for themselves and to visit me. They have brought much encouragement and blessing. New believers have also been ushered into the kingdom as a result of their visit. Thank God for the people’s steady increase in receptivity towards the Gospel – I am hearing testimonies of many others throughout the city embracing Jesus as their one and only Saviour. Matt 9:37-38 comes to mind and truly, it is exciting to see and hear of how God is both present and active in this place.
We are beginning to taste the promised end-time harvest and I am thrilled to be involved in His purposes. I believe the Lord’s harvest is much greater than what we are witnessing now. He has commanded us to ask for laborers to be sent out into the field so that the full harvest that He has prepared may be gathered in.
OLD & NEW
There is a growing increase in the number of people, old and young, wanting to follow Jesus.
Please join me in asking God:
- For labourers, both locals and foreigners, to be sent to this harvest field;
- That workers will know that even as they ask God to send out laborers, that He is going to bring in laborers from all nations and denominations;
- Ask that there will be hearts of humility to embrace one another in the work;
- That there will be unity in the body of Christ that God may be glorified;
- That as many are sent out to gather the harvest, that many more would be raised up to disciple;
- That churches from this harvest will grow healthily, being obedient to everything that the Lord has commanded.
