Most organisations do pretty well what they do today. It’s what they need to do tomorrow that’s the missing skill.
Climate has changed, the way we do ministry has changed and now thanks to the Pandemic, even how we shop & travel has changed. And yet we struggle to keep up. We struggle to change. We pine for the old and familiar — a certain way of doing things and wish everyday for things to “go back to what it was before.” Can we really navigate a shifting landscape with past methods and mechanisms? Are 2G mobile phones still relevant today?
We are inherently resistant to change. Robert Kegan calls it our immunity to change. Yet the Advent of Christ has brought not just the message of change, but along with it the means to change (Phil 2:13).
2021 was truly an eventful year. We are grateful you were there for it all.
