“Go proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.”
(Matt 10:7)
This commandment sparked the disciples off in missions. As a result, you I & millions of people worldwide have come to call Jesus as our Lord and Saviour. This mandate is still the purpose why the Church exists.
With the hope & blessings given to us, we are called to freely give as well. To put our talents, resources, lives as an offering to the Lord as He has called us to. It’s a good time to take stock of what we have offered to Him in 2010 and be prayerful about what we will offer Him in 2011.
