Being One in Prayer
It has been a busy few months in the mission fields and it is the start of a new season for our missionaries. Challenges such as visa application, natural disaster and economic instability have made it necessary for them to rethink their strategies, their call and methodology. Review, reflection & response always require a certain level of stepping out from our comfort zone to sail into unchartered waters. They may be in the same region, same field, but their future will be very different as compared to now.
Last week as I reviewed these things, I asked the Lord for solutions to help them. What I heard was, “Pray for them, that’s where I will show you the solutions once your heart is one with them in prayer.”
So I pass on the Lord’s response to you as well, pray for them. It is untrue that an established field has no challenges or needs. Our workers who do not have much family on site with them covet all the help and support they can get. Do not let out of sight be out of mind & prayer. Pray without ceasing for them and seek to be one in the Lord with them.
